The draw for the first round of the team knockout competition has been made using the random draw generator on RackEmApp. Matches are to be played the week commencing the 7th October.

Any matches postponed in the first round must be played before the second round is scheduled to be played (week commencing 4th November). Failure to do so will result in both teams being disqualified unless either side can show that they made a genuine attempt to agree a new date. Any team which forfeits their match will receive a £20 fine.

Matches are the best of 13 frames. Teams require a minimum of six players with no player playing more than two frames. If the match goes 6-6, a tiebreaker is to be played to determine the winning team. In this instance a player may play a third frame.

Please contact the captain of the opposing team to confirm which night your match is to be played. Do not assume it will be played on the home team's regular night and turn up without confirming this beforehand. If you play from a venue with multiple teams you will need to book your match in with the venue. Do not assume your regular match table will be available and turn up without confirming this beforehand.

Please note that players may only play for one team in the team knockout competition. If you play for teams on both nights you will become cup tied to the first team that you play for.

All teams which lose in the first round will automatically be entered into the team plate knockout competition, except for those teams who forfeit their first round matches.
